Which Mercedes-EQ Electric Vehicles Are Coming to the U.S. Next?
Mercedes-Benz is well-known for being a pioneer in the field of automotive technology, and now, they’re tackling the all-electric vehicle. It is no surprise, given the reputation of Mercedes-Benz, that they have their own line of all-electric cars and SUVs, known as the EQ line. Mercedes-Benz of Des Moines is here to showcase the options in the EQ line coming soon or already available in the United States: the EQS, EQE, and EQB as well as the EQG Concept.
2022 EQS
The goal of Mercedes-Benz is to have an all-electric option in every vehicle class. They are off to a great state with the EQS, the first-of-its-kind fully electric luxury sedan. Exquisitely sculpted, the EQS is aerodynamic, with automatic comfort doors. The EQS utilizes a next-generation lithium-ion battery and Electric Intelligence to take into account weather, charging stops, and topography when calculating your route. 2023 EQE
The EQE is a mid-size all-electric sedan. It is expected to arrive in the United States for the 2023 model year. The EQE 350 will be rear-wheel drive and will sport an impressive 288 horsepower and 391 pound-feet of torque. A second model is also going to be made available at launch with more versions of the EQE expected shortly after that.
