If I could only give this location a zero review I would. I have been purchasing and doing business with Mercedes from dealers in the Philadelphia and Kansas City area for over 20 years. The employees at this location are rude, curt, and unjustifiably haute. We just moved to the area and brought one of our Mercedes in for service. They person that answered the phone was rude and continued to cut us off when we were trying to explain what we needed from service. When we arrived with the vehicle, no one greeted us in the showroom area (we had to go through sales because service was closed for the holiday). I was currently interested in purchasing a G-Wagon. I walked over to the one G-Wagon they had in stock. No one approached me to open the car. I even commented to one of the salesmen that was playing with his cell phone at his desk that "you guys must not sell many vehicles here, considering you have the luxury to ignore potential customers". He simply ignored me and continued to play with his phone. This same sentiment was felt throughout the experience. I did however, notice they were quite accommodating to a Caucasian couple that entered the showroom. I suspect this location clearly only patrons a certain customer and Black/Brown customers do not fit that category. Another Sales person overheard me comment on the attitude of the workers and rushed over to assist. Needless to say I would never spend my money in this location. People of color should steer clear of this location.

Brahim was wonderful to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions about the products and pricing. I was able to complete the entire process online and then schedule a convenient time to pick up my vehicle at the dealership. Thanks to his excellent customer service, I will definitely be working with Brahim again for future vehicle purchases and services.

I bought a used Toyota from this dealership, that was priced under 10k. It’s a vehicle that I plan to build up. I know I bought this vehicle right before they gave up on it and sent it to auction, but they were still unwilling to negotiate in price more. I’m not that upset with what I paid, but I definitely could have gotten a better deal if the salesman was honest about the vehicle. And I generally just don’t appreciate being treated like I’m less than because I’m buying an old vehicle to fix up, and that’s the bigger issue I had. It was very clear that the salesman didn’t care about this sale, I felt lucky just to get the time of day from him. I know he didn’t make much commission or get a spiff off my purchase.. Unfortunate for him because I was also in the market for my new daily driver that would have involved financing through them and I was already shopping their online lot. This single “cheap car” purchase easily could have been a two vehicle purchase. And just as easily turned into a life long customer. I’m about 4 hours away so I asked them to meet me halfway, which I do appreciate. I asked for numerous photos/videos since I wasn’t there to see the vehicle. I know I’m not getting a picture perfect vehicle when it’s a 2008 with miles galore, but I want to know what to expect. He told me the back window worked but wouldn’t send a video of it working, just to show up with it broken. Wouldn’t roll up and it’s been raining alot. When I confronted him about it, he told me it must have broke on the way to meet with me and he had no idea it was wet (actually molded) on the inside from the detail guy.. except the car was covered in cobwebs so it definitely wasn’t detailed recently. And if it was, shame on that detail guy. The hood is rigged and hardly opens, there’s a hose in the engine that needs replaced (I’m assuming they thought it was going to be a starter issue), honestly all very minor things that if the dealership would have actually cared to look at, they could have fixed for under $100 and made more money on the vehicle. Brahim was my salseman. Thanks to him for treating us like we were less than and being a terrible liar, I was confident in my choice to not purchase more than one vehicle from this dealership, or return. I was also able to find my next dusky driver on my way home that same day and put money down on that as well. Looking forward to receiving my title in the mail? Despite paying cash for the vehicle. Won’t be back.

225 per problem, and it doesn’t count toward repairs Brought my car in for two issues — random windshield wiper activation and a liftgate that needed a nudge to close fully. Expected one diagnostic fee for one visit. Instead, they charge $225 per issue, so two problems meant $450 just for a diagnosis. Worse, that fee doesn’t get credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work — so you pay full price twice. Feels like a way to squeeze more money out of customers for simply describing more than one thing wrong with their car. Won’t be back.

A year ago, I purchased a battery for my 2008 Mercedes E350 from this dealership. I paid over $400, and at the time of purchase, the parts salesperson told me that if anything went wrong with the battery within a year, I could bring it back for a replacement. Now, before the one-year mark, the battery completely died. It has no power at all, and my car won’t start. I live almost two hours away, so I removed the battery and brought it to the parts department. Instead of honoring what I was told at the time of purchase, they said I had to bring the entire car with the battery installed so they could test it before replacing it. My question is: how am I supposed to bring a car that won’t even start? If this was their policy, why wasn’t I told that when I bought the battery? In fact, when I purchased the battery, I didn’t even have the car with me. The parts department sent me to the service department, hoping they could help. One employee was kind and tried to assist me, but after speaking with the manager, I was told the exact same thing. No one was willing to understand my situation or offer a reasonable solution. They also could not show me where this policy was written, despite me asking multiple times. After being sent back and forth while carrying a heavy battery, I finally gave up. The only pleasant employee I dealt with was one young woman. Everyone else, especially the manager, was rude and acted like they didn’t care about their customers. I even recorded our conversation because they refused to provide any proof of the policy they were enforcing. I’ve owned many vehicles over the years and have dealt with plenty of dealerships, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ended up buying a new battery from O’Reilly Auto Parts and threw away the $400 Mercedes battery because this dealership refused to stand behind what they told me when I bought it. I will never do business with this dealership again. I hope anyone reading this understands my experience before deciding to shop here.
