All went by plan and good job
We drove in from out of town about an hour away and waited most of the day to find out that they had not started working on our RV because, someone else had an emergency. Then we drove an hour back home, but we did leave our RV. The following day they got to our RV and did an excellent job. I appreciated the mechanic, sending me a description and a video of the work that needed done and telling us when he completed the job. We went to the dealer to check on some used cars and BMW was also an option but Chayse Reed was very good in dealing with us and explaining all the pros and cons. He showed a lot of patience in answering my questions. I was very comfortable as there was no pressure tactics. Hence brought a new GLC.
