We took our RV in because service lights were on. The tire sensors needed to be replaced. The sensors were still under warranty. I appreciate that they let us know that. Other places would have still charged us. It is good that there are still service centers with integrity. Also, Matt sent me a video of his inspection under the vehicle. Great service!

We went to the dealer to check on some used cars and BMW was also an option but Chayse Reed was very good in dealing with us and explaining all the pros and cons. He showed a lot of patience in answering my questions. I was very comfortable as there was no pressure tactics. Hence brought a new GLC.

Excellent purchase experience of a pre-owned minivan with Chayse Reed. I was very satisfied with the experience and Chayse was extremely accommodating, kind, and worked hard to come up with a mutually acceptable deal on the van. Would purchase here again with no doubt.
Iman was so accommodating and friendly, it made purchasing a vehicle much less stressful! Several other employees interacted with my daughter and I and were very personable, as well. The Showroom was beautiful and comfortable. The location was very near an Interstate exit and easy to find and access. No one we dealt with were pushy, and the priced of the vehicle was reasonable. Shopped online first. Found the car I was interested in. Arranged an appointment to see th car. Spent a lot of time with Chayse going over the car's features - inside can out. They made me an excellent offer and I drove off the lot with a new car two hours later. No pressure - very lowkey experience.

Easy deal. I live 2 1/2 hours away and I worked out my trade in and new vehicle all on the phone. I signed most of my paperwork online and picked my car up a couple of days later. It took me about 30 minutes and I was on the road with my new car.

Recently, we were returning to our home in VT from CO with a (new to us) 2024 Winnebago RV on a M-B Sprinter chassis when we encountered a complex issue with the diesel emmision system. Since we were near Des Demoines, we contacted M-B of DesMoines and spoke with Michael Thurman, Service Advisor.

The service on my car was good, but it was quite an unexpected expense, and I wasn’t even able to get all of the required services completed so I still will have to go back.

I had a very positive experience with Mercedes of DSM service department. I initially brought my Sprinter van in reluctantly for a repair, but I’m glad I did. The service advisor (Ben) took the time to fully explain the mechanical issue and further explain everything was covered under warranty, which was a huge relief.

Great experience. Got right in, even though I was late for scheduled time. Fixed problem ( vent valve actuator) within couple hours and I was back on the road. I had anticipated having to get rental car for weekend and "suprise" costs, but Nope. Didn't cost me anything at all, NO CHARGE! Nathan Karr was professional and courteous.
