We took our RV in because service lights were on. The tire sensors needed to be replaced. The sensors were still under warranty. I appreciate that they let us know that. Other places would have still charged us. It is good that there are still service centers with integrity. Also, Matt sent me a video of his inspection under the vehicle. Great service!

As you know, Lisa is retiring, and she had a specific car in mind. A small well appointed SUV at a value price. You all went above and beyond to ensure she got exactly what she wanted without breaking the bank. You presented us with clear options, free from hidden fees or “features.” You also offered financing below market rates, which was a great response to a very good local credit union pre-approved offer. We went to the dealer to check on some used cars and BMW was also an option but Chayse Reed was very good in dealing with us and explaining all the pros and cons. He showed a lot of patience in answering my questions. I was very comfortable as there was no pressure tactics. Hence brought a new GLC.

Excellent purchase experience of a pre-owned minivan with Chayse Reed. I was very satisfied with the experience and Chayse was extremely accommodating, kind, and worked hard to come up with a mutually acceptable deal on the van. Would purchase here again with no doubt.

Iman was so accommodating and friendly, it made purchasing a vehicle much less stressful! Several other employees interacted with my daughter and I and were very personable, as well. The Showroom was beautiful and comfortable. The location was very near an Interstate exit and easy to find and access. No one we dealt with were pushy, and the priced of the vehicle was reasonable. Definitely intend to recommend Mercedes-Benz of Des Moines to anyone needing a new or used vehicle.

Shopped online first. Found the car I was interested in. Arranged an appointment to see th car. Spent a lot of time with Chayse going over the car's features - inside can out. They made me an excellent offer and I drove off the lot with a new car two hours later. No pressure - very lowkey experience.

Easy deal. I live 2 1/2 hours away and I worked out my trade in and new vehicle all on the phone. I signed most of my paperwork online and picked my car up a couple of days later. It took me about 30 minutes and I was on the road with my new car.

We were blown away with the level of service that we were given on a recent used vehicle purchase . Our salesperson Paul was very accommodating, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Every other staff member that we encountered at the dealership was extremely kind and friendly as well as hospitable to us while we were there as well. We've never been treated so good during and after a vehicle purchase anywhere we have purchased a vehicle in the past. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and try to accommodate your needs while shopping for a vehicle. Never did we feel like we were under pressure to do anything. If you've never been here before I highly suggest that you check them out. The way they treated us definitely earned repeat customers. We will definitely look there in the future for our vehicle needs!

Shout out to Iman for making the process extremely fast and easy. She posted the car, I was in there the next day and was able to drive the car right off the lot.

Recently, we were returning to our home in VT from CO with a (new to us) 2024 Winnebago RV on a M-B Sprinter chassis when we encountered a complex issue with the diesel emmision system. Since we were near Des Demoines, we contacted M-B of DesMoines and spoke with Michael Thurman, Service Advisor. Michael and his team of expert technician(s) (Matt) and Parts Department were able to diagnose our issue and make the necessary repairs very efficiently. The whole Sprinter Service team was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Overall, this team turned what could have been a rough experience into a very good one. The service on my car was good, but it was quite an unexpected expense, and I wasn’t even able to get all of the required services completed so I still will have to go back. I just purchased my car at the end of August and I thought my car was certified but I guess they didn’t do the transmission flush or change the spark plugs, so now I’m required to do those services which costs around $1200/$1300. And I needed 4 tires which was about $1400, and somehow the housing unit for my oil had a leak and needed to also be replaced which was also over $1000. Plus I’m also in need of rear brakes and rotors as well. It’s barely been 6 months since I purchased it and it needs about $4500 worth of work. I had them complete half of the work so now I still need to plan on how to pay to do the rest. But the service itself was fine. They sent a video which was nice so you can see what and where they are talking about which is helpful. And It cost quite a bit more than I was expecting, but thank goodness for a $150 coupon & a tire sale. My service manager was always, and is always friendly and attentive. Next time I’ll make sure my car is certified before I purchase it- which was the case the previous two times, which is why I continued to come back to Mercedes Benz of Des Moines. I don’t typically have these type of repair problems, and definitely not this soon. I know the price of everything everywhere has increased so I don’t know if these prices vary drastically from any other auto-repair shop, but I wish the regular upkeep items like the transmission flush & the spark plugs being replaced had been previously completed when I purchased it like I thought.

Great experience. Got right in, even though I was late for scheduled time. Fixed problem ( vent valve actuator) within couple hours and I was back on the road. I had anticipated having to get rental car for weekend and "suprise" costs, but Nope. Didn't cost me anything at all, NO CHARGE! Nathan Karr was professional and courteous. The service team here is great to work with, quick/efficient, and very welcoming. Ben and the rest of the service staff in that area have always been helpful. I’m from out of state, and my wife felt comfortable coming here for service since she purchased her vehicle here a few years ago. We were greeted right away by a technician named Nic when we entered the waiting area, which made the experience feel welcoming. While waiting, we browsed the showroom on our own. Unfortunately, the available sales team members appeared disengaged and were on their phones. After finding a few vehicles we were interested in, we asked the receptionist for assistance and were directed to Alex. Our interaction with Alex was disappointing. He seemed dismissive of our questions about multiple vehicles and suggested we just look up the Carfax reports online instead of reviewing them in-store. He also declined to recommend similar vehicles and ultimately told us to “come back tomorrow” to view options. Overall, the service team and technicians were excellent, but the sales experience fell extremely short.

Charles Tornell is a great salesperson to work with as he explained the vehicle and all of its features very thoroughly. I would definitely work with him again.

An incredible team and a truly wonderful purchasing experience. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and even fun.
