Just bought a Mercedes Benz S560 from Chayse, as a former luxury car dealer & GM myself it is always hard to sit on the other side of the table, MBDM and Chayse exceeded my expectations, I got the deal I wanted, paperwork signed the same day, the title got to me (Florida) within 48 hours! Just purchased our 5th Mercedes - our first from MB of Des Moines. By far it was the best experience, with the most personable, engaged salesperson we’ve ever had.
I purchased a 2016 g550 and although I am out of state it was the easiest process. Alex was my salesman, and he was amazing. He really put my husband and I at ease spending so much on a car from states away. He immediately offered to FaceTime to show us the car, he was available to answer any questions, it was such a seamless process. We had the car transported to NJ and I couldn’t be happier from start to finish. I have my dream car and I’m over the moon.
I had a true emergency. I was in town for a show for one day and my sprinter went down. I called and got an appointment quickly and the advisor was super professional and courteous and informative.
Nate at Mercedes in the service department is always so FABULOUS! My car needed some engine work on the head gasket. It was going to take quite a while to fix. I was able to get a loaner for the duration of the repair. Also, when I picked up my car after it was repaired, it was also detailed & vacuumed so nicely. Thank you Mercedes!
My experience was great. It exceeded my expectations. This was the first time I have worked with Mercedes on a car deal. I was partnered with Charles T. He was tremendous. Every question I had he tracked them down. He was responsive. This is my go to place for work on my 2019 Sprinter 3500 Chassis. The work is detailed and reasonably priced. The service is quick and on schedule. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is clean and well stocked with snacks!
I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from this dealership. The day i picked up the car, i had a mechanical issue with the car. Mercedes Benz of Des Moines came to my home and picked up the car, put it through a very thorough diagnosis, fixed the minor issue, and gave me back the car. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership for service on all three of my Mercedes vehicles and will come back when i am ready to trade.

I live in Iowa City, but we were able to handle all of the paperwork and negotiations over the phone, which made everything incredibly convenient. I am an out-of-state buyer who was ready to purchase a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban they had in stock. We took our RV in because service lights were on. The tire sensors needed to be replaced. The sensors were still under warranty. I appreciate that they let us know that. Other places would have still charged us. It is good that there are still service centers with integrity. Also, Matt sent me a video of his inspection under the vehicle. Great service!
