What’s New for the 2023 EQE?

Mercedes-Benz made headlines recently with the announcement of its EQS sedan. This sedan was the automaker’s first all-electric car, and the beautiful EQE will quickly join it. The EQE is a midsize luxury car that is spectacularly engineered to meet the expectations of today’s green car shoppers. Currently, it is offered with a single-engine, but you could reasonably expect Mercedes-Benz to release an M Performance version of the EQE soon. The single motor is combined with a floor-mounted battery pack that has a range of 400 miles. The engine produces 288 horsepower, and it can get the sedan up to 60 miles per hour in 5.6 seconds. Notably, the battery can be fully charged on a standard charger in only 9.5 hours. With fast-charging equipment, the battery can be 80-percent charged in 32 minutes.

The EQE electric sedan’s exciting capabilities are combined with premium features throughout the modern cabin. The dashboard is distinctly innovative with its Hyperscreen. This is a digital display screen that encompasses the full width of the dashboard with three OLED screens. These screens include a 17.7-inch passenger screen with entertainment technologies and a pair of 12.3-inch screens placed vertically in the central stack. Some of the EQE luxury sedan’s additional features are voice recognition, lane-keep assistance, an MBUX infotainment system, leather upholstery, voice recognition, blind-spot monitoring, a 360-degree camera, auto emergency braking, parking assistance, and adaptive cruise control.

The exterior of the EQE is equally appealing with its forward-leading cabin and sharply rounded roofline. The nose is also rounded, and it holds aggressively designed LED headlights that angle in to touch the black, glossy grille. With three distinct parts in the lower front fascia, the EQE makes a great first impression. The EQE electric sedan’s rear is also beautifully styled. It combines a single taillight bar with an integrated lip spoiler and black molding across the bumper.
